A European product company was looking to develop a software product to provide mid-sized and large companies with a corporate solution that leverages workplace well-being to increase employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Description:
PepTalk is a Web + mobile platform that supports corporate employees through mobile gamification, online team challenges and other content related to activity, healthy nutrition, mindset, and financial well-being.

- Our goal was to make the user experience so smooth and intuitive that users would understand and love it at first touch. We integrated Apple iHealth and Google Fit to implement a built-in automated activity tracker for iOS and Android mobile apps.
Gamification to drive long-term wellness program adoption
- Gamification is a great way for users engaged with the content and is a major component of the way this application works. Employers see huge benefits when gamification is used to increase insights and overall participation in the activities related to the app. It also provides an easy to use admin panel & dashboard for HR to manage the system.
